Biomechanical
Run Analysis
Run stronger, reduce injury risk, and unlock your most efficient form. This science-backed session breaks down your stride, posture, and imbalances to reveal exactly where you can gain speed, and power. Session includes slow mo video analysis, report and hands-on evaluation, prescriptive exercises and personalized report
$220/session


BIOMECHANICAL RUN ANALYSIS
These run ~1 hour and will include ~2 miles total running at variable speeds. For the session please come with:

Any shoes you currently have in rotation

Wearing more close-fitting clothing for easier form review

A recent benchmark, race or example of paces to draw up your pace card

A list of past or current injuries or treatments

Note that it is ok to do this analysis same day after training
